We are looking for an Echocardiogram Technologist for the Cardiac Imaging Department at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.

Summary:
The Echo technologist is an individual who performs cardiac ultrasound diagnostic procedures as ordered by a staff physician with minimal supervision from the Imaging Management team.
Essential Functions:
Prepares and directs patients of all ages with necessary instructions for examinations.
Conducts patient examinations on patients of all ages to produce optimal images.
Performs quality control procedures on equipment in accordance to established procedures and document results.
Perform/support treadmill testing.
Maintains accurate patient records necessary for efficient department operation.
Demonstrates skills in patient care pertinent to cardiac ultrasound Skills:
Excellent knowledge of the human anatomy.
Good skills in communication and patient rapport.
Teamwork and flexibility skills Minimum Position Requirements:
Education:
Coursework/Training - Graduate of accredited school of Medical-Cardiac Ultrasound or equivalent training.
Experience:
1 year experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
RDMS or eligible.
CPR certification within 60 days of hire Providence St.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
